My friend, Shirley, went into surgery Monday and I was just worried to pieces about her because she was warned heavily that she may not make it through the surgery. This is her second time for bowel reconstruction in less than a month. So all night last night I kept dreaming about her. Today I decided it had been a long enough rest and I could call her to see how she is. I am so relieved to know she is doing well and although she's not out of the woods yet, her blood count went back down, she's gotten up to walk once now, and she's talking and able to laugh (painfully LOL). So praise the Lord for her making it through! I can finally stop biting my nails. :D
