The guilt is bordering on unbearable, but I am pretty sure that won't stop me. The date is penned on my calendar for the rendezvous. I want to go. I will go-to somebody else.
I know we have been together for over sixteen years, but I need a change. Is that really a good reason to cheat? I feel like such a horrible person to even consider going somewhere else. After all, we have been together through thick and thin; my perm days and Jennifer Aniston hair period-the good-the bad-the "what were we thinking" moments.
Yesterday I saw one of the partners from the hair salon where I go. I admired the girl's highlights, her lowlights. I had seen her work on other people and was impressed. Before I knew it I was propositioning her. Planning a meeting in the dead of night when my "home-girl" wouldn't be around.
Next Thursday-7:30-the deed will be done.
Am I a wicked person? Will I be punished for crossing this line? I have a vision of a freak hair coloring accident-something so horrendous that the National News picks up the story and then I am found out...
Has anyone else cheated on their hairstylist? At least thought about it? I need some words of encouragement! I need you to pray that my hair turns out amazing!! That would definitely help with my issues of guilt.

Best wishes on your new rendezvous! Maybe the grass IS greener on the other side!
LOL you know what I read this very fast and thougth something totally different what an idiot i am anyhow for some reason you want to see a new improved you go for it.
My sister is a color specialist and I adore her! I know from talking to her that one hairdresser will be devastated that you went to someone else and will totally take offense and the other one will be giddy with joy to get her hands into your hair!!!! You HAVE to love your hair when you walk out and that's the bottom line, no matter who does it!
rofl. At first I thought cheating on hubby and I was ready to rip you a new hole. Then I realized I'd read something like this before. lol.
Btw, I don't believe in hairstylist monogomy. I'm all about trying out different places. lol
I hope you don't mind, but I find this post funny so I posted it on a dog forum. the ladies there will love it. lol.
I don't think I've ever seen the same stylist twice. But I only go like once a year for a trim. I know it's bad.
I am a total hairstylist one-night stander.
The ONE time I ever found someone who could "do me right", he up and retired on me!
