Sad Day for My Family

 We have lost the last living sibling of my father (My Dad died in 1990)...his youngest brother died in Hot Springs, AR.

It is hard being in MO while this is happening and trying to get down there for the visitation and funeral.

I have one thing that some of my cousins do not have I have a video of their fathers talking while they were sitting around outside after my father's funeral. Hopefully I will be able to get the video down there so that copies can be made. I made the video because I wanted my children and grandchildren to remember these great men and to know who I was talking about whenever I said the name Uncle Pete, Uncle Bub, or Uncle Harold. The video also included footage of my Great Aunt Ava who is also gone now.

Hi, I came by to look for critters and read your journal entry.  I am sorry to hear about your loss.  Your video sounds like pure gold to me and I'm sure your family will treasure it.
