Hi ladies I'm a bit late in writing as my computer is not really working.

This morning, Drank 2 8oz of water, 2 scoops of 250 pump, then off to work out.

I jogged on the treadmill for 15 min to warm up.

then I took my Oxygen Magazine  for June 2009 and turned to page 70.

1 walking lunge and curl 3 sets of 15

2 squat and press 3 sets of 15

3 stiff-legged deadlift and row 3 sets of 15 on this one i had to push myself but make sure your back is straight i was off a bit and felt a pinch.

4 plank 3 sets for about 15 seconds. GREAT for the core but man did I shake.

Breakfast was 1/3 spelt cereal with milk and cut up strawberries

mikd morning 3oz of tuna with a bit of mayo

lunch ribs with no sauce made at home

mid afternoon wil be a protein shake

dinner will be sushi
