I got it from my hairdresser's third cousin Jim-Bob.  Thank God I opened it, as I rely on e-mails that are sandwiched in between spam mail and dumb blonde jokes to provide me with my thoughts on politics and reform as I can not seem to coherently form my own.  Please vote this inaccurate e-mail forward that is full of misinformation popular so we can all bask in the glow of our inability to form complete sentences that communicate our individual thoughts.  K THNX BAI!
