I am both proud & terrified. I mean of course there's a chance he wont get in, he's has problems learning, but he's gonna spend a month studying. Idk how Im gonna make it while he's gone, Idk how military wives/gf's do it. And if we dont get married before he leaves we will have much more time apart bcuz if they station him somewhere I wont be able to go. I'm terrified dd will forget him. Even worse I want to have another baby with him & Idk if I can do it alone. I had someone tell me if we got married that it would probably easier to cope bcuz I may be on base & the other wives could help & understand what I was going through. I know it may be kind of stupid to think of these things before he even gets through but Im like that I think ahead. I hope that I can count on support from the wives on CM if that time comes.

darling,
married or just bf&gf ya'll may or may not spend time apart. every women have strength in them and don't know it til it happens. no matter what, you'll know what to do girl. will definately have support on CM or groups your in or anyone you go to. military life is definately has its perks but only fault is deployments. having kids & military is hard but they will understand.

Have you looked into joining a MIlitary Wives group here on cafemom? They should be able to help answer any questions you have. For the record though it's probably easier to have the JOP marry you before he goes to bootcamp.
