Adopting a 2nd Baby

We know how lucky we are how our situation went so quickly by finding Mollie's birthmom & before we knew it Mollie was born! We can't beileve Mollie is 6.5 months already and know we may not be as lucky as we were the first time we "marketed" for a birthmom. We also moved from Arizona to Florida and will have to find out the differences in the state for adoption in Florida vs Arizona. We still plan to use a lawyer and not an agency as we had great luck with this.

So when do you begin the journey to find your future children? Is there a certain time to wait or do you just continue the journey? We also have to find out about our home certification and how that transfers.

Congratulations on your first daughter.  We began the process for #2 when our daughter was 10 months old.  It took about 9 months until our 2nd daughters was born.  The girls are 19 months apart.

We are ready to adopt a 3rd child now.

Ahh, that is wonderful! OK that is what we were thinking as well so we should begin the process in the next few months. Congrats to you and your family and thanks for sharing! :)
