18 people have responded to my request for a simple petition signature on behalf of Darfur. I posted in 2 groups on Cafemom, on Facebook, and on Myspace. Roughly 1500 people could have seen my posts, and only 18 cared enough to sign their name to help stop the genocide.
How do I know? Simple. Lifenets keeps track of how many people follow MY link to the petition. It's a really nifty way to see that I'm making a difference.
If you aren't one of those 18 people, would you please go there now and sign? You won't be spammed... I PROMISE! =) And if you're feeling particularly compassionate (or competitive), sign up with Lifenets and see if you can "outscore" me. Whether you win or I win, the goal is that the people of Darfur win and the slaughter stops.

Thanks, Peace, & Much Love!
Comments:
Yes, this one is a new petition. I didn't post it as a journal last week, but thought I'd give it a go now (I posted in a few different groups). This petition is asking President Obama to deliver on his campaign promises in Darfur.
