There are currently 17 states that allow home-based bakers to bake from home for profit (i.e. have a Cottage Law); these states include: Alabama, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Utah, Wyoming.
