Soo beyond blessed and now given a chance to share it

So school starts tomorrow. Last year my middle school son had 2 classes inparticular that went OVERBOARD on the supplies needed, down to color coding through single subject notebooks, binder colors you name it. Each class cost me about 40 bucks to supply for!! So this year in preperation for the upcoming start I bought a ton of stuff, plus I had tons of extras left over. On top of that my youngest apparently decided to grow 2 sizes over the summer so pants and clothes I thought he would not need until winter are now his main clothes.

Yesterday some wicked storms moved through our area. Lightning and wind and heavy rain, flooding everywhere. On the news they had the story of a woman who lost her house to a lightning strike..she has 6 kids and is a foster mother. Along with all of that she was recently diagnosed with lymphoma and had undergone 5 weeks of radiation treatments. They lost everything.

I cannot imagine going through what she is dealing with and then having that handed to you. Currently they are staynig in separate houses because 8 people are hard to contain in one spot at one time..

Sooo we have tons of clothes and supplies that are going to them. God had a reason for keeping us from having our yard sale this weekend and for me to get the extra supplies. My abundance has a place to rest now.. In teh hands of a mother who has been dealt crappy blow after crappy blow... My job is to ease the pain of some of it anyway I can..I am just so excited.. Waiting on a call back from the neighbors who are coordinating the donations and such...

Angel!! How awesome! (not that the lady had that happen to her family of course)  He is using you in such a wonderful way. You are such a blessing!! ♥
