Like many of you, I was looking for a way to make better money without having to go to a college or university for 4 years. I found Career Step in 2005 and enrolled right away! At the time, we lived in a small community and I wanted a job that would allow me the flexibility of being at home and attending field trips, school functions, etc. with my kindergarten-aged son while contributing financially to my family.

Since beginning my new career, I have not had to worry about expenses such as daycare, wardrobe, gas/wear and tear on my car, eating out, commuting, office politics, etc.  It has been wonderful.  I almost feel as if I am my own boss.  I have health insurance, 401K, vacation days, etc. just like I would if I worked in the hospital!!!
