I've been back at work for 4 days now. I keep teachers babies so I have the summers off and all the school holidays. Hard to get back into the swing of things after sleeping late and doing what I want all summer.
So mad at myself for gaing the little bit of weight that I had lost. (8lb) I so wanted to lose down to 135 by Sept. 10 for our cruise. Trying hard to get back on the wagon. Need to leave the "low fat" cookies alone. Know what to do, just need to do it!
