Hi, this is my first time on CafeMom.

I found this site while looking for suitable places to post a social media coordinator position our nonprofit has open, and thought any moms desiring to work from home with flexible hours might be interested. I contacted CafeMom and asked if it would be permissible to post our job on CafeMom. They said it is in certain places if I'm a member. I thought about that, and decided that CafeMom seemed like an interesting place to me personally, and that I would go ahead and join.

I do think this job is a great opportunity for moms who want to work but also be at home for their families! I hope anyone interested will check it out. Basically, we need someone who will manage/maintain our social media accounts while thinking of new ways to use social media to help achieve our communication goals. You have to like social media and being online, and be interested enough in social media to keep up with trends and do research on who is using various social media tools and how. Also, you need good writing skills -- we do a lot of different writing projects (from press releases to blog articles to disease prevention materials), so everyone on staff has to have writing skills.
