I have been saving pennies for years now. I give them to my youngest sister's girls. They are saving up their money so that they can all go back to the country of the oldest one's birth. She was born in Ethiopia, Africa and was adopted by my sister and her husband when she was two going on three going on four. (That's another story.) I started giving the older one, Sitinna, pennies when she was little, so she could save up for a little sister. Between me and many others giving her their change, she was able to contribute $500 towards her little sister, Hanna, who came from Liberia. The girls are such a blessing to our family.

Finally! I found you again. Are you in the Knitty Gritty group? I have joined and write most of the time there. At the library knitting last week a few people remembered you also at Weight Watchers. So you might be gone but you are not forgotten. Keep in touch please.
