Day four went totally smooth. I realize it's only four days in, but this is a milestone for me because everytime I make the commitment to a health plan I'm done by day three. OR, if I do make it to day four, I'm barely hanging in there and hating myself. Today was totally fine and I don't feel like giving-up one bit. I'm down two pounds and my tummy feels great. I didn't realize how bloated I was from all the junk food I've been eating.
I keep getting up late and not really eating breakfast, or eating just a smoothie and not needing the Alli pill. As long as I keep up the loss I'll continue doing that. This one has about 200 calories and 0 fat grams.
1 cup frozen watermelon chunks
1/2 cup frozen peach slices
1 cup OJ
1/4 package dry fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding (this is a great sweetener)
On to day 5!

The smoothie sounds delish! I've thought about trying Alli...not completely sure if I want to yet or not.
