Things are going SO well! I am not craving junk food one bit. I'm not sure if it has to do with the healthy diet or my motivation, but it's definately keeping me on the straight and narrow. I'm still experiencing none of the treatment effects everyone freaks out over.

I think I should share some of the foods I've been eating. I track the calories and fat grams in my little food journal that came with the Alli starter pack. The trickiest thing for me has been getting enough calories and fats in (who would've thought that would ever be a PROBLEM?) to follow the program correctly.

  • Fiber One creal with 2% milk (not skim, not enough fats)
  • fresh fruits
  • smoothies
  • tuna melts w/low-fat cheese and tomatoes
  • spaghetti
  • green salads w/Green dressing
  • peanut butter
  • turkey burgers
  • sloppy joe w/ground turkey
  • steak
  • shrimp
  • fat-free sugar-free pudding with Lite Cool Whip
  • 3 Muskateers

I weighed-in on Monday and have lost 2 pounds. I'm still going back and forth in my mind as to wether the Alli is doing anything or strictly the food plan.

i took alli for a while after my second child was born.  it worked well for me but i wasn't totally eating healty and experiencing the lovely side effects
