You have been selected to participate in a market study regarding the state of volunteering among non-profit organizations. As a thank you for taking this 5 minute survey, we will send you a free gift and a summary of the survey results. The free gift is a beautiful set of (5) handmade any occasion cards with envelopes. The information collected in this survey will not be sold, published or distributed.
