Smiley the Stripper

I was watching the Teen Choice awards yesterday, and OMG.  Am I the only one who thinks it's INSANE to promote 16 year old Miley Cyrus performing on a stripper poll on national television?!?  It was insane.  Her outfits keep getting more revealing.  Brittney Spears and her Circus Tour is kinda provocative and I know Miley wants to be like the new Brittney, but at least Brittney is AROUND 10 YEARS OLDER THAN HER.  And Miley's dad made it more shocking.  When asked about her on the stripper pole he said that he thought it was okay because he could tell she "was having fun out there", then just kept walking and tossed his longish blond hair to the side like nothing.  I love his hair.......... but anyway.  I was very shocked.  But I was happy to see Brittney looking healthy and well.  Oh yeah, I do not believe the "Smiley" thing...and how the childhood nickname transformed her name into "Miley".

Unfortunately in this day & age, sex sells. Back when I was a teenager (just after the dinosaur era?) you would never have even heard the word sex on TV, now it's everywhere.  Where did morals go?
