3rd Annual Free Day of Yoga - Labor Day, Mon. 9/7/09.  We'll be celebrating again this year with a free yoga class at Paws for Reflection Ranch in Midlothian starting at 10am - 11:15am.  The event is for the entire DFW metroplex, for more information and a full listing of all the free classes offered all day long, please go to www.freewebs.com/dallasfreedayofyoga.

Paw for Peace Festival - Saturday, 9/19/09 from 9am-6pm.  Paws for Reflection Ranch is celebrating UN Peace Day and YogaMonth with a health & wellness festival.  Participate in the Global Mala - Yoga as Peace in Action, a 108 rounds of Sun Salutations led by local yoga instructors from 9am-noon. Visit with the yoga, green, health and wellness exhibitors.  Enjoy music and entertainment.  Take afternoon classes on topics like energy healing/Reiki, healthy cooking/eating, organic gardenting, meditation, pranayama, & yoga.   Experience fellowship with like-minded individuals. Participate in demonstrations and visit with Ranch Hands. Bring the kids to the special kids area where they can play, jump, do arts & crafts, and meet our miniature horses, Jesse James & Tucker.  Interested in hosting a booth, entertainment, or know someone is? Contact us asap for a Booth Registration Form, volunteer info., fliers and we'll get you all set.
