Sarah's Journal

flying thoughts I need to write down

I see the anon button used on cm quite frequently.  And I am not judging or saying anything about using it because I totally get it- believe me I use it too, say the question is something like "does your husband give you orgasms", and I say "yes, almost everytime and usually multiple" well I want my name to appear anon because I don't wan't you ladies looking at my husband! (lol)   Or even funnier "do you poop at work?" I can see why anyone who would anser that question would use anon- I don't think I did, but you get the point.

Well I would like to start using the anon button in real life.  I can think of a few examples of where this could have really come in handy, such as:

The time before kids that I went to the Dr. for a vaginal exam  well  I was sitting in the room waiting for a Dr. to come in, just assuming it would be a female  and we could comfortably chat while the exam was being done.  Wouldn't you know that the Dr. who came in was not a female- but one of the most attractive men I have ever seen in my life.  Not like yeah that's a handsome man, but like music was playing while he walked in kind of attractive. Wow!  That was an uncomfortable!

Or the time at the playground when I thought my husband said someone bit my daughter on the ear, only to later find out that's not what he said at all.  Well the anon button could have come in handy when I stood up and turned Hulk for about 5 seconds and made some kind of grunt / yell that I don't think was very human like becasue I thought  some child had bitten her ear.

Oh, and yesterday while holding open a very heavy door while trying to keep my hands on two kids and prevent them from dashing into the parking lot, I decided to be polite and do what I assume we all do and hold the door open for the next person coming in- well let's just  say she took her time while it was quite obvious I was struggling and came through the door without even acknowledging me or the fact that I held the door  open for about a minute and a half while trying to hold a large diaper bag, a three year old and a two year olds hands, well I don't know what came over me but I said in a overly sweet and southern way "you're welcome!", my children thought I was being polite but the anon sign over my face could have helped when the next person in looked at me like I was crazy!
