I'm not a jogger/runner but two years ago as a beginner I had gotten myself up to doing 2 miles every other day using Robert Ullrey's podcasts (http://www.ullreys.com/robert/Podcasts/index.html) before I slacked off.
I've been up since 4:30am and well I've had too much time to think :)
So I'm going to compare my jogging experience to my pregnancy.
Jogging: Quite fatigued in the beginning; tired easily.

Jogging: Bouncing boobs hurt; needed a good sport bra to prevent bouncing.
Pregnancy: Gigantic boobs hurt; needed several bras to prevent sagging.
Jogging: Taking a deep breath or pushing too hard always resulted in a stitch in the side.
Pregnancy: Taking a deep breath or moving weird resulted in spreading rib cage feeling like a stitch.
Jogging: Moving to the next "level" resulted in next day fatigue.
Pregnancy: Baby growth spurt resulted in ...zzZZZzzzzzzZZZZ
Jogging: Sweaty crotch, sweaty boobs, sweaty thighs, sweaty back, sweaty a$$.
