Your help is requested in assisting one of our sisters. Falling Three Leaf is a mother of two children who are autistic. She is also a victim of domestic violence.

I met Falling Three Leaf a few weekends ago at a women’s retreat in Tennessee, where she resided at the time. During the retreat, Falling Three Leaf was blessed with the support to get up the courage to leave the man she was living with because he physically abused her, leaving bruises all over her body. She also has two children from a previous marriage and her parents have custody of them. Because of Falling Three Leaf’s situation the state of Tennessee thought it best for her children to be with their grandparents.

Now that Falling Three Leaf has been relocated with the help of the wonderful women at the retreat to Georgia from Tennessee, she is in the process of going to court to get her babies back. Falling Three Leaf had to leave her home and everything in it. She has to start over from scratch. Because of this, funding for her attorney’s fee is piling up and she doesn’t have the means to pay it all off.

As people with like heart and mind, I ask that each of us dig deep down into our pockets to help her gain her family back. I understand that times are hard. I know this. But, if you have an extra .50 cents to spare, we would be eternally grateful. It would be .50 cents more then what she started off with. Any little bit will help. Update 8/16/09: We have collected a total of $340.72 so far. One sweet person could only donate .72 cents, because that is all that person had to give. Bless that person!  Please, if you have any pocket change, consider donating it to help out a mother and her children.
