water as entertainment

This really hit home  to me the other day when I took my children to kids campus which is a park in downtown jacksonville (the city where we live) they have a large water play area,that we live in a counrty where we can use water as entertainment,to cool off in,to fill our swimming pools,to decorate with in our fountains throughout the city and in our yards,yet there are other countries where water is a luxury where children have to walk days even just to find dirty water to cook with and bath in and drink.The imbalance of that to me is just shoking! and for me personally heartbreaking to think that children,innocent children are dying because they dont have clean water yet we have the nerve to complain because its difficult to keep our yard green because of the water ristrictions during the summer.I feel like I do my part,its been said that when you have enough money to buy all the food you need to be full that you can afford to give to charity,I personally will and have done without to make sure that I help to fight this epedemic of poverty here and in other countries.now I am not saying that I am not going to allow my children to play at the kids campus im just saying that it really should make you think and hopefully even do you part to help if you can,im just thinking if we could do without watering our lawn or taking a bath or letting the kids play in the sprinkler or having a pool you could take the money you save and send it to a charity that helps provide water for disadvantages people

Starting today we are starting a clean water fund,we are seriusly going to limit our water use where we can and put the money we save and send it to charity water

You can do without watering your lawn,filling your pool,taking a shower or bath today,THEY cannot do without the water we WASTE
