I have officially graduated and become certified!

I am so proud to tell everyone that I graduated with my Bachelors of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine Imaging Sciences. I passed my board exam, so now I am a Certified Nuclear Medicine Imaging Technologist. Last year I graduated with my Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences. Out of everyone in my family, including cousins, I am the second to graduate from college, one of my first cousins has a Bachelor's in Education. I am the first in my family to have two degrees. I have worked so hard for this, and so have a lot of other people that deserve to be recognized for all they have done to make this possible.

The person I have to thank most is my dh. Without him, I couldn't have done it. He picked up my slack at home on things I had to let go to get some studying done. He entertained Kiera while I studied or took a test. He did housework(not laundry =)), cooked supper, worked 40-60 hours a week, and took some online classes towards his degree. He is taking his last class this semester and will graduate in December with his Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering! I am so proud of him! He is amazing and I am so lucky to be able to call him mine!! I love you more!!

Thanks to my baby girl, Kiera, who isn't a baby anymore and tells me almost every day! She has been so understanding through all of this. Her understanding and generosity is well beyond her 3, almost 4 years of life. She will always be my baby girl though! She is the main reason I have stuck with it and finally finished school. I wanted to be a good role model and inspiration to her. I want her to know that she can be whatever she wants to be as long as she sets her mind to it and gets it done. I want her to know she doesn't have to settle for what's there if she'll strive for something better. She is so smart and just amazing. I am so proud of her. She is my favorite Kiera! I love you, my sweet girl!

I also wanna thank my dad for pushing me to go to college and supporting me as best he could throughout my life. I didn't want to disappoint him. Even though he isn't with us anymore, I hope that he would be proud of me. I love you and miss you, Daddy!

I'm also sending a big thanks to Kiera's Granny! She would take Kiera on the weekends before I had a big exam so that the house was quiet for me to study. She made it out to be a big favor to me, which it was, but she loved every minute of it!! She has also pushed me to stay in college and did what she could to help us out. She is awesome! She has been there for me when my own mom couldn't be. I couldn't ask for a better MIL! Love you, Bob!!

To my mom, she always encourages me to stay in school and tells me how proud she is of me. It means a lot! Love ya, mom!

To CCC's for being my best friend, my sister, and accused lover! =) You are awesome and amazing! I am so glad that you and Steve met and fell in love and he brought you into my life! Now break out your D&D stuff cause we've got some catching up to do!! And I promise I'm gonna get to those books now! And thanks for the pic! I'm using it as my avatar also!! Love you!

To Steve for helping us out with our house and being cool, fun, and aggravating as hell!! You are awesome on the grill and one hell of a cake decorator!! Break out your D&D stuff too, cause it's gonna get nasty!! Love ya, man!!

To everyone else that has supported and encouraged me, thank you!
