6 class trips out of town/overnights
7 proms
7 preschools

21 classroom parties, organized or helped with
22 theater/choir performances
23 school nurse visits
25 sports events attended to watch daughter cheerleadering
36 open house/meet the teacher/back to school nights (sometimes visiting two schools in one night)
36 school picture days
47 poster projects
55 school dances
60 basketball games attended
64 parent-teacher conferences
83 swim meets attended
176 report cards (including preschool progress reports)
7200 school lunches (minus absences)
...and counting
Comments:
Please tell me some of those numbers are estimates. You didn't really keep track of exactly how many class trips you attended.
Some are estimates for example the basketball games, I estimated 12 games per season for 5 seasons.
The field trip number consists of all that my daughters and I could remember off the tops of our heads. I really believe there were more than that and they just weren't all that memorable. lol
None of us could agree on "number of backpacks purchased" so I left that one off the list.
47 poster projects was an estimate that went something like this:
"I don't think I did any until 5th grade when I did that one on Illinois and then one on a famous American. Middle school-there was one for science every year, plus at least one for health and one for tech. In high school there was one for each year of Spanish, one for history"....etc. etc. -- times three daughters.
I can only imagine my numbers when all is said and done with six kids...I don't think I can count that high! :)

Mila Kunis' Weight Gain Is No Cause for Concern
And a partridge in a pear tree!! Seeing some of what you've dealt with makes me feel much better LOL! No offense...I 've had my share of school ups and downs. It's funny though (I don't know about you) but my mother (never my dad) didn't do half the things us moms do nowadays. I guess that says something about us : )
