Miss Beatrix Matilda born 8-21-09 8 lbs 18.4 inches!

Beatrix was born at 11 am this morning!  Her blood sugar is low so I STILL havnt held her :( 

They said they had to give her formula to see if it fixes it, but it didnt so she got an IV.  Its up from 30 to 68 so thats good!  She will be here in 30 mins for me to try and breast feed, I hope she doesnt have to have any more formula!!!.

I will update more later!

OMG!!!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! My favorite pic of all of them is the one of that big sister smile plastered all over Kali's face - omgoodness!!!! Pure joy!!! Beatrix is beautiful, so scrunched up and fat and new! Hope the blood sugar straightens itself out. I'd hate to have to go through my own birth while having low blood sugar - it makes me really bitchy.

Congrats!  I hope everything is working out well after the issues with the blood sugar and all.  I see it all the time at the NICU where I work.  If you need any breastfeeding info, just send me a message.  I'm sure you guys will do great though!
