Last night was tough. I needed some support.  I started attending OA meetings online at 3 am and did my second meeting today.  It was like coming home! I felt accepted and welcome and like people really understood me!  Made my day easier.  I'm still doing well.  I don't have too much urge to eat and usually only remember because my blood sugar drops and I feel kind of sick.  Being on such a strict, limited diet does NOT encourage me to want to eat, which is a GREAT thing.  Here's day 4's log:

Breakfast: 1/2 tomato on 2 slices of bread with 1 tsp mayo, 1/2 banana, 8 oz skim milk

Lunch: 2/3 cup rice with 1 oz sloppy joe and 1 tbsp sour cream, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, no dressing, 15 grapes

Afternoon snack--nothing, ate lunch too late

Dinner: 2 oz baked chicken, 1/3 cup yellow rice (that had margarine in it), 1/2 cup brocolli, cauliflower, carrots

Evening snack: 6 oz plain yogurt with 1 cup strawberries and 3/4 cup corn chex cereal

Got some good ideas to jazz up the yogurt too from a friend...add cucumber and dill and check out Middle Eastern cookbooks.  If anyone has any good ideas, feel free to let me know
