Well ladies, i have decided to aim to lose a simple 20lbs but the healthy way.. no extreme diets.. or crazy foods. i have decided to try slim fast which i must say for te last two days seem to work for "me" hey what can i say. it does take the hungry feeling away. i work a job where i am physical so i need something i can eat on the go! i drink a shake and eat fresh fruit or veggies with it and i feel full. i am walking and simply taking it easy and slow. to hiting the treadmil like some exercise guru..lol or kicking butt like some super hero boxing champ..lol im starting with simple walking me and josh are putting his stroller to good use:) so ladies get up off your hump and take charge. Start small.. get moving. it doesnt hurt, you wont pull anything..its free.. its the safest exercise you can do without buying any gear that will be collecting dust two months from now:) also, i have been finding ways to distract my mind from food by find other things to entertain me and put my focus on. i dont buy junk, so its not home to eat. Now, donet get me wrong i do have a few sweets in my kitchen i just eat them in reasonable portions. So far i think im doing well, next monday is the way in to see how im doing wish me luck. tell me your storys struggles, suggestions..etc. drop me a comment. peace

awesome! i started eating right and exersizing at the begining of june. so far ive lost 23 pounds. i think the most important change i made was eating a good healthy breakfast. i stay full so much longer through the day if i start with a good breakfast. and walking is great, thats my workout of choice. i found a paved trail near here where i can walk and have great views from it. im happy for you (even tho i dont know you) because it is SO exciting to start living healthy and seeing the results of your change. keep with it, sometimes the motivation fades a bit, but if you stick to it you will have great results. good luck!!
