As I sit here worried that my ex is gonna try to take my son AGAIN

Well I picked up my son from school on Monday and took him to the place where he goes to speech,OT & PT who was sitting there but my ex. My son of course was happy to see his dad. I had not told him where he was going to school becasue I'm worried that he might show up at school and snatch him again. I'm still waiting on a court hearing to change the custody agreement so the old one remains in place until then.

   While at the therapy place I had walked back to go to the restroom the door leading from the waiting room was partial open I was about to walk back to the waitng room when someone said my name I turned and as I turned my ex pushed the door open nailing me in my lower back with the doorknob. I stumbled a little bit and said ouch that hurt. I turned and he was standing there and said I excuse you that really hurt my back. He said "Don't start with me." I asked him to move out of the way and he wouldn't he just stood there. Finaly my boyfriends mom who was there had to say excuse me several times before he moved. I ended up coming out the back door with my son in order to avoid seeing him again. I waited a little bit before I called the police to file a report because I didnt want to have an ugly scene in front of my son. HAD I NOT TURNED WHEN I DID THE DOORKNOB WOULD HAVE NAILED ME IN MY BELLY. i AM RIGHT NOW SEVENTEEN WEEKS PREGNANT AND HE KNEW THIS WHEN HE HIT ME WITH THE DOOR.

 The officer I spoke with said he would have to call him and talk to him and then figure out where to go from there as far as filing charges against him.

wow i am sorry that must be hard and scary... I hate how things dont get solved until soemone is murdered or gone from your life completley.... i am sorry u have to go through this and just hang in there it will somehow work itself out and congrats by the way for the new baby...
