Wow, that is crazy to say. I am 35 weeks pregnant. Only 5 more to go and then baby Orient will make his or her grand entrance into this world. This pregnancy has been an interesting one for sure. As thrilled as we were to get a positive pregnancy test result, this was a bit unplanned. We wanted to start trying for another baby in April but lets just say News Years Eve was a fun night. LOL It's just a few months early but hey, who's counting? I have been just as nauseous with this baby as I was with Cora if not more. The morning sickness finally subsided a but after 7 months but it is slowly coming back now and I must say I couldn't be happier! NOT!!! LOL I can live without vomiting every time I eat, see, smell or even touch any kind of food. I'm a bigger girl so it is obvious, I love food. LOL Well, in the beginning, finding a Doctor or midwife who would go along with our wishes and allow us to attempt a VBAC was next to impossible. Finding Cindy at Mesa Midwives has been a life saver. She is behind us 100% and is doing everything in her power to give us the birth experience we want. Now, having a natural delivery, which I desperately want is scaring me to death, pay no attention to my choice of words. Yes, there are serious complications that can arise, but there are possible complications to any and all procedures so we'll just move on before I start shaking again. These last few months have been crazy as Mom and I have started our own business and are having so much fun. Great timing huh? We have been at farmer's market every week selling our products and getting our name out there and things are going very well, busy, but that is what we want in the end. Dad had a terrible health scare in June and it is still affecting him today in his daily activities. The blood clot is still very much there and he is going under the knife tomorrow as a matter of fact. Great, more stress. Plus, Mom is out of the Country now as is my Brother and Sister-n-law so this all is falling on my shoulders and I for one do not like stress. Oh well, if this surgery helps, it will be worth the risks involved. While my Brother and his wife are on vacation, we have their dogs. Let me rephrase that, we have their stupid mutts. One Dog chews everything in sight, including Cora's sidewalk chalk. When she pooped blue and green, I almost wanted to take a picture of it, so pretty! LOL Then the other is the biggest baby and whines at everything. Cora had gas last night and the dumb dog bolted down the hall. I think she thought she had been shot or something! I laughed for almost 10 minutes straight! Then, she is redecorating my house with lovely brown presents all over my carpet, and then tries to eat the evidence! Yeah.....great dogs! LOL Oh well, the carpets have been getting thoroughly cleaned this last week having been shampooed 3 times in as many days. Lets just say I am living in a stress bubble and am anxious for it to pop! Ok, back on subject, the baby. 35 weeks...I am scared, excited, nervous, wondering if I can be a good Mom to Two kids and so hoping Pat will make it to the birth. His mountain work has begun on the Mesa and it goes for another 5 weeks. Well guess what, I am due in 5 weeks. The time to get off the mountain and back in to town is approximately 4 hours. Lets hope if things start happening while he is up there that this baby takes his or her time. I want, I need Pat there. Also, lets hope Baby waits till Mom is home from Europe. Things are pretty crazy now but hey, that's life right? It wouldn't be any fun if every day were the same old mundane thing now would it? So I'll take the insanity, just please without the stress. Well, I guess that is all. Thanks for reading if you made it this far. I just had a lot on my mind this morning. Love to all!
