I'm so exicted! I got on the scale this morning (actually the start of day 10) and I'm down 3 lbs! Total of 14 lbs in a week and a half. Yay Me! This renews my resolve to keep going. As long as I stay busy, it's not bad at all. Here's yesterday's food log for Day 9:
Day 9:
Breakfast: 1 egg with 1 slice of bacon on 1 slice of bread and 15 grapes, coffee
Lunch: 5 oz of lasagna with 1 1/2 cups of salad
Afternoon snack: 1/2 cup of applesauce
Dinner: 2 oz of chicken, 3 oz of roasted potatoes, 2 cups of salad with low-fat dressing. The chicken and potatoes were roasted with just cooking spray, no oil or butter.
Evening snack: 3/4 cup of cheerioes with 3/4 cup of milk.
That's it folks! Tonight I will have a little cheat night as I'm going out to dinner with Mike and my friends to celebrate back-to-school. An appetizer as my main course and one drink, otherwise unsweetened iced tea the rest of the night. Wish me luck and strength.
