My friend, Lisa, who I met in 9th grade, lives in D.C., about 2 1/2 hours from me. She came this weekend to visit me. She is married and has older step children. She's been visiting me regularly since I was dx'd bipolar, every couple of months. I'd taken Saturday off work planning a pool day for us and the kids...it rained. Instead we went and had manicures (her treat) and shopped at Ulta, a huge makeup, perfume store. Michael was actually home since he started his new job! He made us dinner. I also cut her hair....all off! She'd had long curly Italian hair that she mostly wore in a pony tail; she'd been thinking of cutting it. She looks awesome. Sophisticated, chic. She was really glad I was the one to do it and not her D.C. hairdresser. She's like my sister. I love her so much! I may post this on my home page so she can see :)

You look great, Lisa! Bring out the earings! Love ya!
Comments:
She looks great! She has the facial features to really pull off the short look. I bet she feels 10 lbs. lighter having less hair too!
You should NOT be posting pics of women with cute short hair cuts! Every time I see them, I want to chop all my hair off AGAIN. I'm so addicted, it's not even funny.
About a decade ago, I had my past the shoulder curls chopped off just long enough you could tell there was curl to my hair. Wore it that way for a long time. But hubby likes long hair so I wear it longer now. Every so often though, I feel the urge. Damn you!
Your friend looks lovely and happy with her new cut. :-)
