Direct Selling....One on one training is key.

I've come to realize after trying a couple of different direct selling businesses that if you don't get some kind of one on one training (watching a seasoned consultant demonstrating her technique) you don't get pretty far.  I'm sure there are plenty of people that don't need one on one training with direct selling, but as for me, it's what I need to be successful.  At my grand opening PartyLite show, my upline demonstrated how a show should go.  I learned A Lot!  I learn better by someone showing me more so than just reading a how-to book.  I'm truly excited that I've finally found a business that I believe in and that I can make work.  Not to mention that there are no other reps in my area at the moment.  The possibilities are endless!!
