Swine flu hysteria!!

 The first trials of the H1N1 vaccine took place August 31st, 2009. Has the vaccine been tested sufficiently enough already? (AP Photo/Brian Ray, Pool) Swine flu has killed a little over 3,000 people since the "pandemic" began in April 2009. The common flu kills 250,000 to 500,000 people per year. So, why haven't we been in mass panic already -- where's the war on seasonal influenza being provoked by the government? Swine flu vaccines are already being developed and administered with very little testing and no long term effects documented. With autism and other disorders on the rise due to vaccines, risking another would not be beneficial -- especially when the odds are likely for recovery without an injection. The government has set up a website, flu.gov, that answers the question that scares me the most -- will the vaccines be mandatory and forced upon US citizens. Not everyone in the country may need an H1N1 vaccine. We will know more once the clinical trials are complete. Honestly, I do not trust that statement at all. I fear that the government will most likely hold it against you if you do not get a vaccine, such as not allowing you into certain vicinities, not being admitted into public colleges, and so on. President Obama has already put aside 8.5 billion dollars for the vaccine supply and testing (more debt anyone?) and it's in full swing with testing, conferences and more planning than you can imagine. Let's just say if you have kids in school, don't even let them go in with a common cold if you don't want them quarantined. Next to government intervention, I blame the mass media for this hysteria being linked with swine flu. When one hears statistics like "millions infected with swine flu" or "thousands upon thousands dead from the deadly virus," it strikes fear in the hearts of viewers. But it's time we start reporting the truth -- and it's time that viewers start doing research for themselves before choosing the "easy fix" of vaccination. Through all the mess that is the United States government -- open your eyes a little -- you'd be surprised how much easier life would be without it.

Voting pop! Our area is discussing the Swine Flu and how to "battle it" within the schools...Including administering the vaccine to our children AT SCHOOL.

Hell no! My kids are NOT getting the H1N1 vax. Basic Flu Shot I will do....But at the DOCTOR'S OFFICE.

We moms need to band together, because there are lots of us, and protest-sign pettitions- do whatever is necessary to keep the government from "forcing" us to be injected with anything. This is still America right? Maybe moms need to have  a day of nonparticipation, meaning none of us leave the house, to get our point across? Come on ladies the men have been in charge for long enough and look what they are trying to do to us and our children now...
