Bostons homecoming!

Well after what seemed like YEARS of being pregnant, I finnaly brought home my baby boy Boston!! He was born on 8/25/09 (last tuesday) weighing in @ 8lbs 11 oz. and 21" long!  I knew he would be a big boy, but he was still about half a lb smaller then Phoenix (thank God!).  I decided to get induced the day after my due date.  My mom was only able 2 get a few days off of work, and chris (my hubby) only had last week off, and had to go back 2 work this week.  the induction ended up being the best thing ever!!  the labor came on hard and fast, and I got the epidural.  I had the epidural previously w/ my DD but not with Phoenix.  with Savannah i think they gave me 2 much medicine or something, and I could never tell when/ where 2 push.  But this time around everything went perfect!! I knew exactly where and when 2 push.  I got to the hospital @ 7am, they started the pitocin drip about 8 am and I had a baby a little before 1pm!!  Recovery was great also.  Boston is such a great breastfeeder, took to it right away!!  all the nurses kept saying "he eats like a big boy"  I didn't have to do any of those 'cross cradle" or foot ball holds on him.  We came home from the hospital thursday afternoon, and the other 2 rug rats came home from grandma and grandpa's on friday afternoon.  Now I have all 3 all day long.  but i am ready!! so happy he is healthy and HOME!!
