Lost time

As I sit here at this stupid computer I can't help but remember the minutes, hours and days that I wasted not spending with those I love.....lost time with a mother now passed, grandparents, etc........I always had something else to do, something more pressing at the moment....I wonder what I could had done, said or shared with that time lost because time is not refundable...once its gone its gone.....spend more time with those you love....
