So I am going to do homeschool for Kindergarten and then send my kids to public school so they can learn things I can't teach them, like Arabic (hubby's native langauge), home ecomonics (for the girls as boys don't learn home economics in hubby's country) and Islamic Studies.  I'm going to be using K-12 courses for Langauge Arts K, Science K, History K, and Math K.  I'll use Great Science Adventures Curriculum K-8 to do learn about some Science as well.  And I'll use The Story of the World: History for the Classical Child for bedtime reading/History. I know there is a lot my children can learn in school that I'll be unable to teach them.  I don't know the slightest thing about Home Economics for example so I can't teach that to my daughters.  I don't know a lot of hubby's language and hubby will be at work during the day so I can't teach them about their second language and the language they will be learning in school (English isn't learned until your kids reach middle school).  I'm just grateful that hubby is letting me homeschool them for Kindergarten.

Now to the schedule:

8:00-9:00 Get up/eat breakfast

9:00-9:45 Language Arts K

9:50-10:30 Math K

10:30-11:00 Science K

11:00-11:30 History K

11:30-12:00 Lunch/Dhur Salat

12:00-12:30 Freetime

12:30-1:00 Qur'an Reading
