Thoughts for the day...

Today I woke up with the same headache I fell sleep with, but I SLEPT!! WOOHOO!! That alone made it a good morning!

And then I got on the scale and have lost another 1/2 lb. Brings me to 15!! WOOHOO part 2!!

And then I get to scrap all day today, guilt free....just doesn't get any better than this!!
