cLEAN Routine- Tip of the week: “A quick path to great arms!”

Ok….

Here is the deal people, most of us bitch about never having time to work out , blah blah blah…

So I am going to give you little tidbits to start implementing into your daily life to stop the bitching. For those of you who already hit the gym or do whatever you do… you too should pay attention.

This is an easy trick and a quick path on toning your arms.

1) Make a rule for your self.

My rule is ” Every time I go pee, I will do ten push ups on my sink.”

I drink a lot of coffee,  so can you imagine how many I get in???peeing

If I told you to do 200 push ups at the sink, you would laugh in my face, but if I said do 10 every time you bring a snack tray to the sink, or pee, imagine how many you could get in!

Try that for 2 weeks.

Remember , first make the rule.

“Every time I  go….. I will do 10 presses for my arms!”

Here’s how

Stand with hands placed on the counter top shoulder width apart. Bend arms and lower chest to within a few inches of the counter top. Remember to keep your back flat like a table.  Press yourself back up to the starting position.  Repeat.

Do not lock elbows. Remember to squeeze in your abs and breathe throughout this exercise. Repeat this action for at least 2 sets of 12 reps.

Not so tough and the results are FAB!
