What everyone wants to know about Avon, What do I need to do?

Avon has been around for about 100 years; they are one of the most requested home businesses for men and woman. I have had allot of request for details.

Avon is quite Black and white, they do not have hidden cost, quotas, or you do not have to order products yourself.

1. First you would talk to an Avon representative

2. You would earn 50% commission on your first 4 campaigns and 25% for non-Avon items such as clothing, toys non-body and bath products.

3. You are not required to place an order every campaign, Avon will close your account if you go 4 campaigns without placing an order.

4. If you wish to join Avon for the wholesale pricing and wish not to sell to make money. Not a problem as long as you place an order within 4 campaigns

5. What do I need to buy to run my business? Brochures, without brochures you cannot get sales. But they are very low cost. One sale order usually pays for your brochures. I order 200 at a time, which are 19.00 for the first 100 and 13.00 for the second 100


You can purchase as little as 10 which is 5 something. The more you put out the more sales you get.

6. You never need to do door to door unless someone has requested a brochure.

7. You find your customers with friends, family, co-workers, I like dropping off a brochure at every doctor appt I have, and I take 2 brochures and drop them on their waiting room table. I have got lots of new customers this way.

You can also find restaurants, hair salons places you go allot and ask if you can leave a basket of brochures, they will let you as long as they have the space and no one else is leaving books.

8. If you would like the Avon web store it cost 7.50 per campaign, HOWEVER if one-person places and order through your store, ITS FREE. Lots of family or friends will be happy to order through your store and they can still choose to have it delivered by you or have it directly shipped

9.There is a .75 processing fee on every slip. I am sure you all have seen this. Avon will collect 50% and you keep the other 50% for your time, gas and supplies

10. Shipping is sent out over night and is free as long as you place the order before the deadline, I always do my the night before so I don’t forget and stress out. SHIPPING IS FREE. You will get a 2.50-cent service charge. But at least we are not responsible for shipping cost.

11. Avon charges us taxes, but we also charge our cust taxes. SO even trade.

12. Avon ships out our items first. They bill us and give us 8 days to collect the money so we are able to pay our bill. You can pay either by CC online or send a MO or Check.

Your commission comes right out of the total you have collected for all your items.

13. Avon does not send you a check, the only time they will send you a check is if you get people to sign up under you, you will earn 25.00 for everyone that signs up and places a 50.00 more order and pays for it on time. This is when Avon sends you a check.  Currently Avon is running a special if you start a team of 5 people and they all place orders and pay for it, you will get an additional 200.00 up to 1000.00. Very easy goals if you are hungry for money,

14. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN ANYONE UP UNDER YOU IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TOO. That’s the great thing about Avon; it gives you options to make more money if you wish because you do earn an additional 5% off your team, which is sent by Avon.

15 Being a team leader you are not obligated to spend time at meetings. The most I do is answer my phone and answer a question for them until they are pretty much on their own. Our top dogs do allot of the training and offer places for people to go.

16. Avon offers right on line all the training which are short videos how to start, increase our business, advertise, everything.

I think I covered everything that someone would want to know. Easy:

Find your customers

Present your brochure

Keep a list of all customers that you gave a brochure to (phone number, email)

Call them to remind them

Take their order

Place the order using your Free online web office

Receive and unpack your order, give them all a new brochure (with your name, number, email and website if you choose to have the web store-along with any sale flyers that come in your package.

Deliver and collect money

Pay your Avon bill

And start again.
