It has been said that I am a bit of a neat freak. I, of course, prefer ~ Organized, extremely.
In my kitchen, which is very small, I have many a small kitchen appliance. Which means I have many a small kitchen appliance cords. I've tried securing them with rubber bands, wire ties, twist ties, you name it. I hate seeing cords on my counter and I hate tangled cords in my cabinets.
I finally found a solution to this, where you may ask did I find it. Well, the bathroom of course!

The humble empty toilet paper tube!
Simply fold up the cord and slide the tube over it. It tucks behind appliances that sit in the corner of your counter, and they stack together neatly while your appliances sit side by side in the cabinet. I have five people in my house, do you know how many of these tubes we go through. It is recycling for a better organized home. It really is easy to be Green!
I may need to be institutionalized if I start decorating them!

I love your post!! I got a great chuckle out of the decorating portion...that's awesome! If you think of any cool decor for toilet paper rolls, let me know. I, too, have a household of testosterone and oh, so many rolls.
