My ex {maddies dad} and I had to go to court today to modify our custody agreement.  It was put back to the way it was last year while she was in school.  Every other time we have ever been to custody court his wife was always with him.  {no biggie to me}.  Well, I talked to Emily {his wife} last night to see if she would be able to keep her eye on Kenzie while billy and I were doing the paperwork.  She said that she was not able to get off of work, bc she just started a new job, and she would not be going this time.  Ok, no biggie, i'll figure something out. 

So, Billy finally shows up {15 min late} and we are sitting there waiting for the concillator to take us.  He starts telling me how him and emily are not seeing eye to eye anymore and he is getting his own place and leaving her ect {pretty much talking out his rear! like i really care anyway, im happily married}.  I had made the comment that the lady needed to hurry up bc i had another apt after this in doylestown which is 1 1/2 hours away.

So, we go and do our thing and get the paperwork done for custody.  We walk outside and are standing there.  I ask him when he wanted to take maddie for a weekend.  He said he needed to check his work schedule and let me know {ok, no biggie}.  So, he asks me if I know where he can get coffee at {he is not from the area and has no idea where anything is at}.  So, I tell him how to get to dunkin doughnuts around the corner.  He proceded to give me this flirty look and flirty smile and says to me "well, i'm going to get coffee, if you want to come with me, i'll buy you a cup". My response was i had to get to my other apt so sorry but no. 

Any other time that his wife is there with him, he never even talks to me unless he has to.
