Someone took my money

A few months ago i got a checking account from a local bank. Last month i had about 200 dollars saved.I check my account everyday through the phone.One day 2 weeks ago i was checking when they told me i was overdrawn by 150.00. I assumed at first it was my little brother because he has been involved in shady activity lately. When i was overdrawn about 250 the next day i called and had them cancel my account. My mom and i go down to the bank where they list this persons purchases and its not even in my town. And they also try to use my numbers off my card after i had it canceled. This person overdrew 200 dollars out of my account to get dominoes pizza. Im upset my how someone could put a complete stranger in debt without a care of what the other person is going through. I had to use 300 dollars f my own money to get myself out of the debt THIS PERSON PUT ME INTO! I don't know where to go from here. They told me identity theft is hard to prove. I don't even know how they got the numbers off my card. I never bought anything offline and when i go out with it it's always down in my bra. It saddens me people could be so cruel to spend all my money and money i don't even  have on crap like pizza when i NEED that money for my family.

Well you could always get the police to help with the investigation. Afterall  the person who stole your card number used it to get Dominos Pizza, I'm willing to bet they even had it delievered on at least one occasion if not EVERY occasion. Your credit card transaction info should have the Store number for the Dominos which was used and they will have the address for where the pizza was delivered.
