I did my day 3 of the 30 day shred and I'm feeling great! Day one went ok, but yesterday I skipped day 2 because I WAS SO SORE! I could barely move! That's how hard this program works you! My eating yesterday was terrible as well. Today I had an egg white scramble with onion and spinach sausage and 2 pieces of home made pumpkin bred for a snack. Lots of carbs but for lunch I think I'm gonna stick to a salad or a smoothie. So tomorrow it's on to day 4 and I can already FEEL results!!!!! Jillian is AMAZING!!!!!!
