need some advice

Hey moms. I just have a quick question. do online stores really work? and they want me to pay 1.95 for s&h for the kit and then after 14 days it is 39.95 I dont want to sign up if I don't know if I am gonna make money or not. any advice would be helpful. I am not trying to advertise anything thats why I didn't give the link. I don't want to be scammed again.
