Today went even better. I didn't wake up too sore from yesterday's workout, but my food intake was terrible! I ate WAY TOO many cookies... But so far today I've done very well. For breakfast I had a fruit and yogurt smoothie. Then for lunch I had a chicken salad with a balsamic vinegar dressing instead of a mayo dressing. It was really yummy! Tomorrow I'm going to try to do level one without modification.

Im very proud of you, and that you posted this for other mommies to see. and hopefully your post will encourage others to eat healthy and exercise. good for you and everyday will get better, and once in awhile we have our moments of eating stuff we shouldnt. Just tell yourself that tomorrow youll do better and allow yourself a cheat day to make it easier. keep writing your journal, this is where you will get yur support. if i see it ill be glad to write in!!
