Today and yesterday went AMAZINGLY well! I am getting stronger and I think I'm going to try the workout tomorrow without modifications! I can see a difference in my body and I KNOW I'm losing weight and inches! I am really really committed to eating right, because today in the shower after my workout I was like, I am working too DAMN HARD to give up and go for the junk food! Go me! Oh also I'm not weighing myself until the 30 days are up... it's better for me and I won't get discouraged if I only lose a little.
