Today is day 6 of my program, and although I'm kickin ass with my workouts and my eating has been good, I feel the HUGE temptation to go snack on and eat whatever I can get my hands on! I have come too far to go back and ruin it by downing a whole box of oreos, but part of me just wants to give up and go back to the old ways. I'm hungry all the time, but I know that's only my brain telling me to snack because my tummy IS full. This is gonna take time and I'm a very impatient person! LoL! Well today we are going to the movies and I'm gonna bring my own air popped popcorn and water bottle.
