Today is the end of week one of my 30 day shred and overall it went pretty well. I'm not sure if I lost any weight because my eating wasn't all that great. I knew though it was gonna be tough this first week. Tomorrow I start level 2 and I'm excited because I KNOW I'm going to stick with it! I am gonna skip the workout today and focus on my eating and planning my meal strategy for the week.

I am going to start the 30 day shred tomorrow! Then after a bit I am going to get the other jillian michaels dvds. good luck.
