Mommy Daily Muse! :)

My life the sitcom...

Newsflash! Soon to be scheduled, a mother of six will boldly go where no mother has gone before--cloning herself. Yes, this procedure is controversial, but this courageous woman is willing to volunteer anyway.

When we visited Kimberly Garrow in the Sunnyview Funny Farm we inquired about what was the turning point in her decision to take such drastic measures. She simply rocked in her rocking chair, clothed in fuzzy, multi-colored cat pajamas with a glazed over look on her face. She finally mumbled, what is today? To which we informed her of the day and date.

"Tuesday?" She stammered. Then continued. "Today my 12-year-old has an away cross country meet at 4:30. My six-year-old has a soccer game from 4:00-5:00. My eight-year-old has a soccer game from 5:00-6:00. My oldest has a soccer game that starts at 5:00. My ten-year-old has soccer practice from 6:00-7:30. My cross country girl has to be taken from her meet to her soccer practice which also is being held from 6:00-7:30. I think tonight is the popcorn kickoff for the two boys that are in Boy Scouts..."

This is when she faded back into a catatonic state. Every once in a while though she would laugh hysterically and rock in her rocking chair...

Stay tuned as we follow this history making story!

Let me know how the process went.  If it wasn't too painful I might be willing to go through with it.  Oh heck, forget the pain... sign me up!

Lol, that sounds a lot like my schedule some days.  At least I only have 4 instead of 6 kids' schedules to juggle.  Now that they are in 3 different schools on 3 different bell schedules I feel like all I do is drive carpool back and forth.  Yes, a clone would be awesome because when I mention a schedule like the one your described my husband gets a glazed over look as well.  He can't handle all that kind of thing.  Not a multi-tasker, he.
